The more digital we become, the more we'll need tactility. When we live in an environment where we're always connected, we'll need the contrast of touching and feeling - and that will become apparent from our design. Nature is a source of inspiration that's still very strong, so we'll see even more natural materials like wood and ceramics. A sense of comfort and luxury is also something that we'll be exploring through quality and detail in our forthcoming collections.

According to H&M home this season is all about playing with light, levels and reflections to bring a new dimension to minimalist furniture. Mother nature is the inspiration behind their latest arrivals. Rich tones of green, terracotta and sand are in focus along with linen and vivid leaf prints.

H&M home is also launching a new furniture collection and it looks stunning. The design is timeless with a strong nod to classic Scandinavian design but we also see some art deco influences don’t you think so? I already have a few favorite pieces that I really hope will be available in the Netherlands because H&M announced that the collection will be available in selected stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Great Britain and Germany, as well as online in selected market. You will find more about this collection and the inspiring insights from H&M head of design Evelina Kravaev Soderberg here - Elvera -
